The Customer is engaging the services of Golden Lata and we accept the booking, if the

Customer accepts these terms and conditions, which constitute the entire agreement

between us (the “Agreement”).

1. The minimum age for marriage in India is 18 for girls, while the minimum age for marriage for

boys is 21 as per Indian law. Therefore, the age of the girl should not be less than 18 years and

the age of the boy should not be less than 21 years.

2. According to the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 Section 3 and 4: Under Section 3, both taking and

giving dowry is an offense and can be punished with a fine of up to 15 thousand and 5 years of

imprisonment. At the same time, section 4 says that demanding dowry can be punished from 6

months to 2 years.

3. The GOLDEN LATA EVENT & MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED strongly opposes the

practice of dowry, therefore the company will not support any party in any legal or illegal matter

related to dowry..

4. GOLDEN LATA EVENT & MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED pricing policy has been set up to

ensure you have visibility of your event costs throughout the project .We will work within the

budget you have defined.(GOLDEN LATA EVENT & MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED.

5. Any additional requirements will be met with the consent of the customers on payment of

additional cost.

6. Several of the services we outsource on your behalf, such as transportation, musicians,

Videographer and photographers are contracted on a time basis. If these times are exceeded,

GOLDEN LATA EVENT & MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to charge you

for any excess billing.

7. No service will be guaranteed by GOLDEN LATA EVENT & MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED

or its suppliers until full payment has been received. Company will take responsibility only if the

amount paid in due course is denominated in INR in our account. Any other bank charges on

behalf of the customers will have to be borne by the customer.

8. If the actual number of facilities and your guests is less than the guaranteed number specified,

however, the customer will be charged for the specified number only. Once the facilities and

number of guests mentioned in the proposal are signed and agreed to become final and act as a

minimum guarantee, in case of any increase in the number of packages, the customer will have

to pay extra.

9. The customer will be responsible for damages caused in the event of a natural disaster (eg: rain,

storm, earthquake, etc.), the weather is unpredictable, the weather can change anytime.

10. Any kind of inhuman behavior towards any side of the marriage, any kind of damage to the

company will be the responsibility of the customer. The client will have to pay full compensation

for the loss caused to the company and the full compensation for the treatment of the employee

of the company injured in the disturbance.

11. The package once decided will not be changed, if you want to make some changes in the

package then you will have to pay extra charge.

12. Legal or illegal dispute arising out of any factor at the wedding venue will have to be resolved by

the customer himself, the company will not interfere in any dispute.

13. In case the Customer has any legal dispute with the GOLDEN LATA EVENT & MANAGEMENT

PRIVATE LIMITED, the same shall be settled by the District Court of Budaun or the Supreme

Court of Delhi.

14. The last installment for the wedding package/event package should be paid a day before the

final event. Payments to the vendors can be made on time and the final program can be run

smoothly. Payment is accepted only in cash or demand draft or online payment. No checks will

be accepted for final payment.
