Refund & Cancelation

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to GOLDEN LATA EVENT & MANAGEMENT PRIVATE

You will be entitled to a supplier cancellation fee of 50% of the total payment or less, up to 180 days prior to the

wedding. From 180 days to 90 days you will be entitled to 25% of the total payment less any supplier cancellation

charges.).

Up to 30 days prior to the event you will be entitled to 10% of the total paid less any supplier cancellation

charges. Please note that irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs, there would be a service charge of

10% which would be applicable incase of cancellation of services after the booking is made with us.

If you cancel the package after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount, depending on the

amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers and vendors we deal with. For any unused hotel

accommodation, Venue Charges, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we, at IWP is not responsible to

refund any amount.

Due to licensing requirements and quality control issues, all food and beverages served by the Company must be

supplied and prepared by the Company and therefore cannot be removed from the Company’s inventory.
