GOLDEN LATA EVENTS & MANAGEMENT के प्रत्येक सामान्य सदस्य को ₹5,000/समारोह भुगतान किया जाएगा।
GOLDEN LATA EVENTS & MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED से जुड़कर हमारे मेंबर्स निश्चित आय प्राप्त कर सकतेहैं, समयन्यतः किसी भी इवेंट जसै शादी, कम्पनी मीटिंग या बर्थडे
पार्टी में किसी भी वर्कर या एजेंट को तभी भुगतान किया जाता है जब वह इवेंट मे दिए गए एक निश्चित कार्य के लक्ष्य को प्राप्त कर लेता है परंतु GOLDEN LATA EVENTS &
MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED द्वारा जुड़ने पर एजेंट या वर्कर को एक निश्चित लक्ष्य प्राप्त करने के बाद कम्पनी का मेंबर बनाते हुए मासिक आय अगले एक वर्ष तक दी जाती है।माना XYZ 01/04/2022 से 31/03/2023 तक 50 इवेंट का लक्ष्य पूरा करता है, तो वह लेवल 10 उत्तीर्ण माना जायगा। अब लेवल 10 के अतंर्गत ₹30,000/मासिक एक वर्ष तक दिए जाएंगे इसके साथ ही ₹20,000 बोनस और कम्पनी द्वारा दिए गए एक निश्चित समय मे लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने पर XYZ को ₹15500 Special Performance allowns भी दिया जाएगा। इसके साथ ही H.O of GOLDEN LATA EVENTS & MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED की तरफ से सम्मानित उपहार भी दिया जाएगा। लेवल 1 से लेवल 10 तक की
आय चार्ट में दर्शाई गई है।।
(₹5,000/event will be paid to each general member of GOLDEN LATA EVENTS & MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED.By joining GOLDEN LATA EVENTS & MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED our members can get fixed income, timely payment is made to any worker or agent in any event like wedding, company meeting or birthday party only when he/she performs a certain task given in the event. Achieves the target but on joining by GOLDEN LATA EVENTS & MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED the agent or worker is given monthly income for the next one year by becoming a member of the company after achieving a certain target. Suppose XYZ completes the target of 50 events from 01/04/2022 to 31/03/2023 then he will be considered as Level 10 passed. Now under Level 10, he will be given ₹30,000 / month for one year, along with ₹ 20,000 bonus and XYZ will be given ₹ 15500 Special Performance Allowances on achieving the target given bythe company in a fixed time. Along with this, an honored gift will also be given by H.O of GOLDEN LATA EVENTS & MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED . Income fromLevel 1 to Level 10 is shown in the chart.)
Only a registered person in the company can become a member of the Golden Memberships Norms.(गोल्डन मेंबरशिप नॉर्म्स का सदस्य केवल कम्पनी में रजिस्टर्ड व्यक्ति ही बन सकता है।)
2. A minimum of 5 events is mandatory to become a Golden Memberships Norms membership.(गोल्डन मेंबरशिप नॉर्म्स की सदस्यता लेने के लिए कम से कम 5 समारोह करवाना अनिवार्य है।)
3. The bonus will be given according to the successful level.(बोनस सफल लेवल के अनुसार ही दिया जाएगा।)
4. Special Performance Allowance will be given as per the successfully performed functions which are not included in the Membership Norms.(स्पेशल परफॉर्मेंसर्में एलाउंस सफलता पूर्वक किए गए उन समारोह के अनसुार दिया जाएगा जो मेंबरशिप
नॉर्म्स मे शामिल नहीं किए गए हों।)
5. If a member of the GOLDEN LATA EVENTS & MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED resigns or is removed, then all his payments will be stopped..( GOLDEN LATA EVENTS &
MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED का कोई सदस्य यदि सदस्य पद से इस्तीफा देता है या हटा दिया जाता है, तो उसके सभी तरह के भुगतान रोक दिए जाएंगे)
6. Golden Membership Norms Membership will be valid for 1 year((गोल्डन मेंबरशिप नॉर्म्स सदस्यता केवल 1वर्ष के लिए ही मान्य होगी।)
7. All benefits of Golden Membership Criteria will be applicable from the next working session.(गोल्डन सदस्यता मानदंड के सभी लाभ अगले कार्यसत्र से लागू होंगे।)
8. The working session for all the benefits of the Golden Membership Criteria will be from 01 April to 31 March every year(गोल्डन मेम्बरशिप क्राइटेरिया के सभी लाभों के लिए कार्य सत्र प्रत्येक वर्ष 01 अप्रैल से 31 मार्च तक का होगा।)
